With a shader count of 2,560 (equivalent to 40 Compute Units), 160 Texture Mapping Units (TMUs), and 64 Render Output Units (ROPs), it mirrors the configuration of the desktop Radeon RX 6700 XT. The memory subsystem features a 192-bit interface connecting to 12 GB of GDDR6 memory, operating at a brisk 18 Gbps. Additionally, the RX 6850M XT incorporates a 96 MB Infinity Cache. AMD specifies a game clock of 2,463 MHz, resulting in a theoretical performance of 13.3 TFLOPS (Single Precision) at a Thermal Design Power (TDP) ranging from 135 to 165 Watts. Notably, the RX 6850M XT distinguishes itself from its predecessor, the RX 6800M, with slightly increased clock speeds for both the CPU and GPU.
